Building Vitality with Qigong

To build vitality through Qigong, Qi Ting — listening with Qi — needs to be developed.

Short practices here and there have their place, but they don’t take you very far. It’s consistent practice, and staying with it long enough, that your energy begins to change in a way you can actually feel.

The Building Vitality Qigong Series is now available as a set of recordings inside the Wuji membership. You can move through all seven sessions in your own time, returning to the practice as often as you need, alongside a wider library of on-demand classes and resources.

EASTER QIGONG - LIVE ONLINE

Qigong Series Details:

  • Dates: Friday April 3rd, Saturday April 4th, Sunday April 5th and Monday April 6th, 2026

  • Time: 9:00am – 10:00am (AEDT/AEST)

  • Location: Online, live via Zoom

  • Tuition: $49 for the full 4-day series

  • What to expect: Guided Qigong practice working with movement, breath and presence, with a focus on developing Qi Ting — listening with Qi.

  • Who it’s for: Open to everyone. No experience needed.

  • How to set up: Choose a space where you won’t be interrupted. Indoors or outdoors is fine. Use a device with a larger screen so you can clearly see the demonstration. A phone isn’t ideal.

  • Class Recording: The full series recording will be available for 7 days after the final session. Ongoing access is included for Wuji Practitioner members.

 

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER

I’m Nicole Lee – an internationally certified Qigong teacher, trained in both Modern and Classical Qigong styles

I’ve studied Qigong for over 12 years with multiple teachers and systems.

My teaching reflects lived, embodied practice rather than formal lineage transmission, using forms as vehicles for cultivating awareness, internal connection, and energetic principles.

I’ve repeatedly seen this gentle practice transform lives — physically, mentally and emotionally.
