Qigong Workshops & Immersions
Experience Qigong In-Person with Nicole Lee
My in-person Qigong teaching is offered through small group workshops and immersive practice experiences.
These gatherings are an opportunity to move beyond learning Qigong as a sequence of movements and begin to explore the practice more deeply — developing sensitivity, refining perception and becoming more deeply acquainted with yourself through practice.
Most offerings are held on Victoria’s Bass Coast in Kilcunda, with occasional immersions in other locations throughout the year.

Frequently asked questions
What’s the benefit of studying Qigong with an experienced teacher and mentor?
Learning Qigong from an experienced teacher isn’t about just copying moves from a video. The real healing power lives in the subtle details — the flow, alignment, and energetic nuances most people miss. That’s why ongoing, tailored guidance is essential. As your teacher and mentor, I’ll point out what’s working and what’s not, ensuring you move in ways that genuinely serve your body and energy. But at the end of the day, it’s on you to show up fully and embody the practice — mind, body, and spirit — not just go through the motions of physical movement.
What can Qigong help with?
Qigong isn’t a quick fix. The benefits depend on how regularly you practice and whether the form fits your body and mind. From my experience teaching and mentoring, consistent Qigong can ease anxiety, depression, and physical tension — but that’s just the start. The deeper value comes from subtle shifts in energy, clarity, and emotional balance that only show up when you commit to the practice over time. It’s about presence and self-responsibility, reconnecting with yourself beyond surface-level sensations.
What equipment or special clothing do I need for Qigong?
The beauty of Qigong is that you can do it practically anywhere, in any clothing, without any equipment. I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing made from natural fibres.
How many Qigong sessions do I need to feel the benefits?
There’s no fixed number of Qigong sessions to “feel the benefits” because it depends on how you show up and what you’re bringing to the practice. That said, many people start noticing subtle shifts in energy and tension release within just a few consistent practicess. Real transformation comes with ongoing, deliberate practice — think of it like building a muscle or rewiring habits. If you’re only dipping in once in a while, you’ll get fleeting effects. But if you commit to regular practice, even short ones, you’ll start to embody the practice in a deeper, lasting way.
What is Qigong and how can I find Qigong near me?
Qigong isn’t just movement — it’s an ancient practice of cultivating and circulating your energy through breath, body, and focused awareness. If you’re searching for “Qigong near me,” the best way to connect with authentic guidance is to join a workshop or immersion, like the ones I offer on Victoria’s Bass Coast. It’s where you move beyond surface-level practice and really start to feel the energy shifts.
How many students are in each workshop or immersion?
This varies depending on the size of the venue. Typically a minimum of 9 students is needed for in-person events to go ahead. Usually there’s no more than 15 students.
