Portugal Retreat 2027
Flow into Freedom Retreat
JUNE 11th - 18th, 2027
Join us on Portugal's beautiful Atlantic coast for a week of yoga, Qigong, nature and connection.
Set against the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, Casa Colab offers a beautiful space to slow down, rest and reconnect, with nourishing meals, golden sunsets, joyful moments and plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings.
Flow into Freedom is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and experience the energy of freedom. Through yoga, Qigong and daily explorations of the elements, we'll discover what becomes possible when we stop pushing so hard, soften our relationship with ourselves and begin moving with the natural flow of life.
Your Hosts
Flow into Freedom is a retreat led by Andrew Mournehis, an experienced yoga teacher and retreat facilitator, with Nicole Lee joining as a special guest teacher, bringing her experience in Qigong and Daoist cultivation.
Together, Andrew and Nicole will guide you through a week of yoga, Qigong, exploration of the elements and spacious time to rest, reconnect and experience the energy of freedom.
About Casa Colab
Located in the beautiful coastal region of Meco, just 40 minutes south of Lisbon, Casa Colab is our home for the week. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Portugal's Atlantic coast, with nearby beaches, charming villages and plenty of opportunities to explore, it's a wonderful setting to slow down and enjoy a different pace of life.
Casa Colab provides a welcoming space to rest, connect and enjoy time together. Whether you're spending time by the pool, exploring the coastline, sharing long meals or simply relaxing and taking in the surroundings, there's plenty of room to make the experience your own.
What to expect each day
Each day offers a balance of yoga and Qigong practice, nourishing meals and generous free time to rest, explore and enjoy your surroundings.
Mornings begin with yoga and/or Qigong from 7:30am to 9am, followed by breakfast or brunch at 9am. Coffee, tea and fresh fruit will be available beforehand for early risers, and there's also an open-air yoga deck if you'd like to enjoy your own practice as the day begins.
The middle of the day is yours to enjoy. Spend time relaxing at Casa Colab, explore the beautiful coastline and nearby villages, visit Lisbon, head to the beach or simply spend time in nature.
Massages and other treatments can also be arranged during the week. Light snacks, tea and fruit will be available for those staying at the retreat venue. Lunch and any additional meals while out exploring are at your own expense.
In the late afternoon, we'll come together again for yoga and/or Qigong from 5pm to 6:45pm, followed by dinner at 7pm. The rhythm of the week allows for time to practise, time to explore and time to simply enjoy being together.
Please note that this is a guide to the daily schedule. Practice times and activities may vary throughout the retreat.
