Inner Temple Qigong Monthly Practice Group
A monthly practice group for those committed to deepening their Qigong.
These sessions are centred around consistent, embodied cultivation. Rather than adding more techniques, the focus is on refining your connection to the core frequencies of Vital, Astral and Spirit Qi, building sensitivity and developing a direct relationship through repetition and focus.
Rooted in internal alchemy, the Inner Temple framework offers a clear structure for working with the body, breath and Qi. The practices support self-healing, strengthen internal stability and develop your capacity to actually feel and work with energy.
Practising in a group setting adds another layer. Shared intention and consistency support deeper settling and clearer perception. Over time, the practice begins to integrate into how you move and live.

Understanding Inner Temple Qigong
This is an invitation to return to the temple within, again and again, through the framework of Inner Temple Qigong.
Inner Temple Qigong offers a structured way to connect with the three bodies and develop coherence between them. As your sensitivity deepens, you’ll begin to feel how these layers relate and gradually open into a more unified field.
In each session, you’ll be guided to work with the body, breath and Qi, developing a felt sense of these frequencies and a more direct perception of energy. Through stillness and internal awareness, your system settles, allowing a deeper layer of connection to be recognised through your own experience.
Rather than accumulating more information, the focus is on deepening embodiment. Through consistent practice, you’ll develop your ability to perceive, stabilise and work with subtle energy in a grounded way, refining your capacity to sense and respond to what’s happening internally.
Practising in a shared field supports deeper settling and clarity. Over time, the practice integrates into how you move and live.
This is primarily a stillness-based practice with very little form. The emphasis is on refining sensitivity and developing a stable, embodied relationship with your internal state.
ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
I’m Nicole Lee – an internationally certified Qigong teacher, trained in both Modern and Classical Qigong styles
I’ve studied Qigong for over 12 years with multiple teachers and systems.
My teaching reflects lived, embodied practice rather than formal lineage transmission, using forms as vehicles for cultivating awareness, internal connection, and energetic principles.
I’ve repeatedly seen this gentle practice transform lives — physically, mentally and emotionally.
