Choose Your Own Dao
Small Group Mentorship 2026
February — November 2025
CRAFT YOUR OWN PATH of STUDY
In this Small Group Mentorship program you’ll choose your own seven modules of study — learn at your own pace, whether you’re working toward accreditation or deepening your personal practice.
Monthly 2-hour live online group mentorship session on Wednesday 6:30pm AEST/AEDT
$1,297 upfront, or $225 per month for 6 months
9 student maximum
The Rhythm of the Mentorship:
You’ll move through self-directed study of seven modules of your choice, selecting the topics that align with your interests, current needs or the stage of practice you’re exploring. This pathway gives you the freedom to shape your own learning arc, while still being held within the structure of guided mentorship.
Each module invites you into both study and embodied practice — supporting you to deepen awareness, refine your skills and integrate the material through your own lived experience. You’re encouraged to explore the content at a steady pace, following the threads that feel most alive for you.
An ideal rhythm is around 2+ hours per week of study and self-practice, but this remains flexible. You simply arrive to each session as you are, and where you’re at. Still, it’s consistent self-practice that creates real transformation — the space where perception shifts, energy reorganises, and expression becomes clearer and more aligned.
You’ll join a monthly, live online two-hour small group mentorship session with the intention to participate actively and contribute within the group. These sessions are where your study becomes embodied — where questions, insights, refinements, and shared experience help anchor what you’ve been working with.
My role as your mentor is to meet you where you are in your process — offering guidance, clarity, direct feedback, and energetic refinement for those who want it. I’m here to support your unfolding, to help you navigate the material you’re exploring.
This is for you if:
You feel called to shape your own learning pathway, selecting modules that align with your personal interests, needs or current stage of practice.
You’re seeking flexibility and autonomy within a guided mentorship, ready to take responsibility for your own growth.
You’re on a personal cultivation journey and want to deepen in specific areas of Qigong, Daoist philosophy or energetic practice.
You’re interested in exploring Qigong forms and internal practices for your own development, or considering Qigong Teacher Training in the future.
You value self-directed study but appreciate connection and shared experience within a group to help evolve your learning.
You’re ready to explore, refine, and embody the Dao in a way that feels authentic, alive and uniquely your own.

Frequently asked questions
WHO IS THIS MENTORSHIP FOR?
These mentorships are for students who are ready to really commit to their Qigong practice. Whether you’re deepening your personal practice, stepping onto the Qigong Teacher Training path, refining your foundations, or exploring the inner work of Shen Gong, this program is here to meet you where you are and give you the guidance and support you need to grow.
Do I need prior experience in Qigong to join?
You don’t need any prior experience. This mentorship is designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing for years. The focus is on cultivating a steady, embodied practice and understanding Qigong in a way that really lands in your body. I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.
What happens during a live online session?
In a small group mentorship, the sessions are designed to provide guidance, refinement, and personalised supportrather than serve as the primary teaching method. While you’ll engage with online modules and self-practice independently, the live mentorship sessions give you the space to ask questions, receive feedback, and deepen your understanding — helping you fully integrate the practice and embody the teachings.
What’s the benefit of studying Qigong with an experienced teacher and mentor?
Receiving Qigong tuition from an experienced and accredited professional is important, because although it looks easy to copy and follow along on a video, the healing power of Qigong lies in its subtlety, points of distinction and flow. As your teacher and mentor, I can help ensure you are moving in the best possible way for you.
Can I join if I’m interested in teaching Qigong?
Absolutely. This mentorship supports students who are stepping toward teaching, but it’s just as valuable for anyone focused on personal practice and inner development. The emphasis is on cultivating depth, confidence, and integrity in your practice — so whether teaching is on your path or not, you’ll come away with skills and understanding that are truly embodied.
How much time will I need to commit?
I encourage a steady, ongoing practice — working with the modules, your own self-practice, and integrating what you learn between the monthly mentorship sessions. How much time you spend will depend on your goals and your rhythm, but the program is designed to fit alongside your life while giving you the space to really go deep.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
I’m Nicole Lee – an internationally certified Qigong teacher, trained in both Modern and Classical Qigong styles
My Qigong journey began in 2013. Since then, I have taught literally hundreds of Qigong classes and workshops, and have helped students all over the world become certified Qigong teachers.
I’ve studied Qigong form and philosophy with multiple masters and teachers, consistently for more than a decade. My own personal style has evolved as I have, my core influences are Lee Holden, Master Wang Zhi Peng, Roger Janke, Damo Mitchell and Marissa Newell.
I’m also accredited in meditation, mindfulness, energy healing and craniosacral therapy, and have a Bachelor's Degree in Complementary Medicine.
I’ve repeatedly seen this gentle practice transform lives — physically, mentally and emotionally.
