Yin Frequency - 1 Day Qigong Workshop
Setting the Tone for Your Year Ahead
We live in a culture that rewards speed, output and constant momentum — yet the body, the heart, and the deeper layers of our system aren’t designed to run at that frequency. Over time, that pace fragments our attention, scatters our Qi and pulls us away from the natural rhythms that keep us vital and healthy.
This workshop offers a recalibration.
The day will weave together movement, breath, standing practice and inner work. Think of it as a day to come home to yourself — to soften the edges, reconnect with your centre and create conditions for your system to genuinely replenish.
Slowing Down to Restore Vitality
1-Day Qigong Workshop
Throughout the workshop, we’ll step into the principles of Yang Sheng Fa — the Daoist art of life nourishment — and look at what it means to live in a Yin-aligned way. We’ll touch on the Daoist Keys to Longevity, understand the foundations of Qi cultivation and practice both Qigong and Shen Gong.
The art of Qigong requires us to slow down, reclaim the qualities that modern life has pushed to the edges: rest, presence, receptivity and the capacity to listen deeply to our bodies.
You’ll be guided through practices that help you:
Slow your internal pace so your nervous system can balance
Learn to connect with the kind of grounded energy so you can live with clarity, intention and awareness
Recognise areas of life where your Qi is leaking or scattering
Restore the deeper reserves of vitality that get depleted by chronic activity — cultivate stillness
