I’m not talking about following random YouTube clips. I mean really learning it — how to stand, how to align, how the movements work and why they matter… and most importantly, how to feel the actual frequency of Qi moving through your body.

This 2-day immersion is an experiential dive into the core foundations of Qigong — posture, alignment, breath, and song — with practices designed to condition your structure, calm the nervous system, and help you move in a way that feels strong, natural, and alive from the inside out.

Whether you're just starting out or circling back to the roots, this is a chance to reconnect with what makes Qigong truly transformative. You’ll develop the kind of internal awareness that shifts practice from mechanical to meaningful.

  • Key principles of posture, alignment, and form

  • How to connect with and cultivate Vital Energy (Qi)

  • The energy body - Dantian, Kua & more

  • The why behind the modality — not just the how

  • How to structure a Qigong practice

You’ll also receive access to online self-study resources to support your practice after the weekend. This immersion covers Modules 1 & 2 of the Qigong Foundations pathway, and forms the entry point into my mentorship-based Teacher Training Certification, if you choose to continue.
